ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a complete bolt-on kit engineered to maximize wheel travel, improve ride quality, and enhance off-road performance. Precision-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks provide increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade during sustained high-speed use over rough terrain. Adjustable coilovers yield front lift while rear coilovers, mounted shaft-up, use ICON engineered progressive dual-rate springs for extra rear load capacity.

Billet aluminum upper control arms provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and utilize the Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. The system is designed for large-travel performance with compatibility for 35" tires and options to accommodate 37" tires with up-travel limiters and other recommended measures.

Notes:

• Does not fit the Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use front up-travel limiter part #611075 and rear up-travel limiter part #611074; 37" tires may require additional trimming and modifications.
• Lift heights and notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• If retaining factory lower links, additional part #611072 is required.
• Recommended when running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles: high clearance crash bar kit part #42000.
• Crash bar removal may be required to clear 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 0 mm; compatible wheel sizes include 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace), 18x9 (5" backspace), and 20x9 (5" backspace).
• Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50". For 37x12.50 tires, use bump stop spacer kit and follow up-travel limiter guidance.
