ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 4 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade engineered for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. Precision-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks deliver maximum travel and improved ride quality both on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under sustained hard use.

The kit includes tubular upper control arms to correct caster and increase durability, plus rear coilovers mounted in a shaft-up orientation with ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate rear springs to support additional rear load without compromising on-road performance.

• Improved ride and suspension performance over stock geometry and damping.
• Front wheel travel: up to 11.5" (with 35 x 12.50 tires).
• Rear wheel travel: up to 14" (with 35 x 12.50 tires).
• Adjustable coilovers: allow approximately 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: increased fluid capacity and cooling for sustained performance.
• PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware for long-term durability.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" diameter shafts.
• ICON progressive dual-rate rear springs for additional rear load capacity and improved handling under load.
• Tubular upper control arms for strength and alignment correction; UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint PRO with up to 90° total articulation.
• High-strength CNC-machined lower bar pins and 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• May be used with 37" tires if up-travel limiters are installed in the front and rear.
• Lift heights and compatibility are based on non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch-equipped Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar replacement is recommended if retaining crash bar functionality.
• When running 35" tires, high-clearance crash bars are recommended on non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional rear weight is present and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• When using factory lower links, additional parts may be required.
• For 37 x 12.50 tires, bump stop spacer kits and up-travel limiters are required; clearance and trimming/modifications may also be necessary.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
