ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a vehicle-specific suspension upgrade that maximizes wheel travel and improves ride quality both on- and off-road. It features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with adjustable ride height, tubular upper control arms with patented Delta Joint PRO articulation, and a triple-rate rear coil design for increased rear travel and comfort.

• Custom valved remote reservoir coilovers for superior damping and sustained performance under heavy use
• Adjustable ride height: approximately 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos (non-Sasquatch)
• Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) provide caster correction and feature the patented Delta Joint PRO with up to 90° total articulation
• Rear shocks shaft-up with unique triple-rate coil springs to maximize rear travel and ride quality
• Materials and construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated shock bodies, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, and high-strength CNC-machined hardware
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Performance & fitment highlights

• Wheel travel: up to 11.5" front and 14" rear (with 35x12.50 tires)
• Tire compatibility: supports up to 35x12.50 tires without Sasquatch package; 37" tires may be used with up-travel limiters and additional modifications
• Coilover construction: corrosion-resistant bodies with 7/8" diameter shafts
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 25mm (examples: 17x8.5 or 18x9 with appropriate backspacing)

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters in the front (part #611075) and rear (part #611074); for 37x12.50 tires use bump stop spacer kit.
• Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When running factory lower links use part #611072.
• Recommend high clearance crash bars (part #42000) on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles when running 35" tires.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for a near-stock weight Bronco; softer initial spring rates will yield lower ride heights as weight is added to the rear.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
