ICON Stage 4 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System delivers precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks and vehicle-specific hardware to maximize suspension travel, heat dissipation, and ride quality for on- and off-road use. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height and superior damping, while billet aluminum upper control arms and engineered springs preserve alignment and articulation throughout increased travel.

• Adjustable lift: Front adjustable for 3–4" of lift; rear adjustable for 2–3" (over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package).
• Maximum travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel (when used with 35x12.50 tires).
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: Increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): Provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and use the Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation.
• Rear design: Shaft-up rear shocks with ICON triple-rate coil springs for maximum rear travel and improved ride quality.
• Durable construction: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined aluminum components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, and high-strength alloy machined lower bar pins.
• Fit & install: 100% bolt-on system; no drilling, cutting, or welding required. Fitment testing done with ICON and OE steering components.

Notes:

• Does not fit OEM wheels & tires as supplied.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tires: 35 x 12.50". Use up to 35x12.50" tires without the Sasquatch package.
• 37" tires require up-travel limiters and additional modifications; for 37x12.50" tires use the bump stop spacer kit.
• High Clearance Crash Bar kit (part #42000) is recommended on non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires; factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch vehicles may need removal to clear 35" and larger tires (removal for 37" tires is not recommended).
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use front up-travel limiter part #611075 and rear up-travel limiter part #611074.
• When retaining factory lower links, use part #611072.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for a near-stock weight Bronco; softer initial spring rates may result in lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear weight is added.
