ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System is a complete bolt-on upgrade developed for 2021–2026 Broncos. It features precision-manufactured, custom-valved internal-reservoir coilover shocks that maximize suspension travel while improving on- and off-road ride quality and control. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height and work with additional billet aluminum upper control arms to maintain proper alignment and increased articulation.

• Adjustable lift: Front lift of 3–4" and rear lift of 2–3" over stock on 4‑door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Suspension travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel when used with 35x12.50 tires.
• High-performance coilovers: Vehicle-specific tuned internal-reservoir front and rear shocks with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated bodies and 7/8" diameter shafts.
• Progressive dual-rate rear springs: ICON-engineered rear coil springs with increased spring rates for heavier-loaded Broncos; rear coilovers are shaft-up mounted.
• Billet aluminum UCAs: CNC-machined upper control arms provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment, added strength, and durability.
• Delta Joint PRO: UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint PRO allowing up to 90° of total articulation.
• Durable hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, and high-strength CNC-machined lower bar pins.
• 100% bolt-on installation: No drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceable shocks: Shocks are fully serviceable.

Recommended wheel and tire fitment: Use up to 35x12.50 tires without the Sasquatch package. Aftermarket wheel recommendations include 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), and 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).

Optional items: Up-travel limiters are required for safe use with 37" tires. A high-clearance crash bar is recommended when running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles.

Compatibility and reminders: This system was tested with ICON and OE steering components; some aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances. Use with 37" tires may require bump stop spacers and additional trimming; crash bar removal for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended. Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.

Materials & construction: CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, corrosion-resistant coilover bodies, PTFE-lined joints, and heavy-duty alloy hardware for long-lasting performance.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2‑door models will sit taller than 4‑door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters in the front and rear; bump stop spacer kits are required for 37x12.50 tires.
• High-clearance crash bar kit is recommended for non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires; crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may result in a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
