ICON Stage 3 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 3 Suspension System for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco features precision-manufactured, custom-valved internal reservoir coilover shocks designed to maximize suspension travel while delivering superior ride quality and performance on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height, yielding approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.

To accommodate the increased travel and lift, this kit includes tubular upper control arms that provide caster correction and incorporate the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Rear coilovers are mounted shaft-up and use ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate rear springs to support additional rear load while maintaining excellent on- and off-road behavior.

The system is tuned to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when used with 35 x 12.50 tires. Use of 37" tires is possible with specified up-travel limiters and additional vehicle modifications for clearance.

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace / 25mm offset) or 18x9" (6.00" backspace / 25mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35 x 12.50. For 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, high clearance crash bars (part #42000) are recommended.
• 37" tires may be used with up-travel limiters (front part #611075, rear part #611074) and may require additional trimming or modifications; crash bar removal for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• Lift heights and fitment notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to the front coilovers.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
