ICON Stage 3 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Bronco

The ICON Stage 3 suspension system features precision-manufactured, custom-valved internal reservoir coilover shocks engineered to maximize travel while maintaining excellent ride quality and suspension performance on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height for 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4‑door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.

To accommodate increased travel and lift, the kit includes tubular upper control arms for caster correction and ICON’s Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Rear shocks are shaft-up and paired with unique triple-rate coil springs to deliver maximum rear travel and improved ride quality.

• Suspension travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear when used with 35" x 12.50" tires.
• Adjustable coilovers: Custom-valved internal reservoir front and rear shocks with ride height adjustment.
• Upper control arms: Tubular UCAs for strength, durability, and alignment correction; feature Delta Joint PRO articulation.
• Rear spring design: Triple-rate rear coils optimized for improved performance and ride quality on near-stock weight vehicles.
• Durable hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, application-specific mounting hardware, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Compatibility: Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes.
• Recommended wheel specs: 17"x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset or 18"x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50".
• May be safely used with 37" tires if using up-travel limiters; when running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiter part #611075 in the front and part #611074 for the rear; for 37x12.50 tires use the coilover bump stop spacer kit.
• On non-Sasquatch-equipped Broncos, factory crash bars must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high clearance crash bar kit (part #42000) is recommended for retaining crash bar functionality when running larger tires.
• Triple-rate rear coils have softer initial rates and may yield lower than advertised ride heights as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
