ICON Stage 5 Jeep JK 4.5" Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 4.5" suspension system for the Jeep JK is a comprehensive suspension solution designed to balance wheel travel, articulation, ground clearance, and precise on- and off-road handling. The system includes matched shocks, coil springs, link arms, track bars, and associated hardware engineered to work together for improved stability, comfort, and performance across varied terrain.

• Dual-rate coil springs front and rear designed to maintain ride height and resist sag.
• 2.5" Omega Series bypass shocks with remote reservoirs front and rear for consistent damping, cooler operating temperatures, and extended performance under heavy use.
• Compression and rebound adjustability on the bypass shocks for fine-tuning ride characteristics.
• High-steer flip kit to restore proper steering geometry without a dropped pitman arm and to increase ground clearance over stock.
• Stainless steel high-steer taper adapter to avoid drilling the factory knuckle.
• All links and track bars use dual-rate bushings or PTFE-lined rod ends for tuned vibration isolation, controlled deflection, maximum articulation, and responsiveness.
• On-vehicle adjustable track bars for optimizing axle position.
• Includes bump stop spacers, rear brake lines, rear sway bar links, and a complete set of front and rear links to provide a complete installation package.
• Rebuildable and revalvable reservoir shocks with easy-to-operate compression adjusters for user shock tuneability.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 4.5" backspace / -6mm offset; ICON Alloys 18x9" with 4.5" backspace / -12mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50". Larger 37" tire packages will fit with minor modifications or aftermarket high-clearance fenders; test fitment recommended.
• Front driveshaft can hit certain model skid plates at full droop and may need to be trimmed for full articulation.
• 2-door models sit slightly higher than 4-door models but remain level when installed.
• Front drive shaft required for proper front driveline clearance (ICON part numbers 22014 [12-up] / 22016 [07-11]).
• May require a rear alignment cam kit.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Advertised lift heights are based on a typical Jeep JK build that includes added accessory weight; lift heights may be higher if installed on a stock-weight vehicle.
