ICON Stage 3 Jeep JK 4.5" Suspension System

ICON’s Stage 3 4.5" suspension system for the Jeep JK is engineered as a comprehensive performance solution to balance wheel travel, articulation, ground clearance, and precise on- and off-road handling. Designed as a complete system, components such as shock absorbers, coil springs, link arms, and track bars are engineered to work together for maximum performance in desert whoops, technical trails, and everyday driving.

This Stage 3 kit is tested and tuned to deliver stability and drivability over a wide range of terrain while maintaining a smooth on-road feel. The system includes dual-rate coil springs, full front and rear link sets, track bar drop brackets, high-steer components, bump stop spacers, rear brake lines, rear sway bar links, and ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks front and rear for sustained damping performance and improved heat management. Allows proper clearance for 35" tires with no modifications and 37" tires with aftermarket high-clearance fenders.

• Dual-rate coil springs — front and rear, engineered to resist sag
• High-steer flip kit — maintains proper steering geometry without a drop pitman arm and increases ground clearance
• Stainless steel high-steer taper adapter — eliminates drilling of the factory knuckle
• All links and track bars — use dual-rate bushings and PTFE-lined rod ends for tuned vibration isolation, controlled deflection, maximum articulation, and responsiveness
• Adjustable track bars — vehicle-adjustable design for optimizing axle position
• ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks — rebuildable and revalvable, with internal bump zone for added bottom-out control
• Increased wheel travel and articulation — improved off-road capability while retaining on-road comfort
• 100% returnable to stock — designed for reversible installation

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" w/ 4.5" backspace (-6mm offset)
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 18x9" w/ 4.5" backspace (-12mm offset)
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger 37" tire packages will fit with minor modifications or aftermarket high-clearance fenders; test fitment recommended)
• Front driveshaft can hit certain model skid plates at full droop and may need to be trimmed for full articulation
• Two-door models sit slightly higher than four-door models but remain level when installed
• Front driveshaft required for proper front driveline clearance (ICON part #22014 [12-Up] / #22016 [07-11])
• May require rear alignment cam kit
• Shocks are fully serviceable
