ICON Stage 2 Jeep JK 4.5" Suspension System

ICON’s Stage 2 4.5" suspension system for the Jeep JK is a comprehensive suspension solution engineered to balance wheel travel, articulation, ground clearance, and precise on- and off-road handling. Designed as a complete system rather than a simple lift kit, components are developed to work together for consistent performance across desert runs, technical trail crawling, and daily driving.

Included in the Stage 2 4.5" kit:

• Dual-rate coil springs front and rear, designed to resist sag
• 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks — rebuildable and revalvable for consistent damping and cooler operating temperatures under heavy use
• Track bar drop brackets and high-steer components (high-steer flip kit and stainless steel high-steer taper adapter)
• Bump stop spacers, rear brake lines, and rear sway bar links
• Complete set of front and rear suspension links using dual-rate bushings or PTFE-lined rod ends for tuned vibration isolation and maximum articulation
• No welding or cutting required and designed to be returned to stock

Tire and clearance: This kit provides clearance for 35" tall tires without modifications. 37" tires will fit with minor modifications or aftermarket high‑clearance fenders.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 4.5" backspace (-6mm offset) or 18x9" with 4.5" backspace (-12mm offset)
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (37" packages will fit with minor modifications or aftermarket high‑clearance fenders)
• Front driveshaft can contact certain model skid plates at full droop and may need trimming for full articulation
• 2-door models sit slightly higher than 4-door models but remain level when installed
• Front driveshaft required for proper front driveline clearance (ICON part #22014 for 2012+ / #22016 for 2007–2011)
• May require rear alignment cam kit
• Shocks are fully serviceable
• Advertised lift heights are based on a typical Jeep JK build that often includes heavier front and rear accessories; lift heights may be higher on a stock-weight vehicle
