ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2009-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4.5"

The ICON 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System builds on 2.5" system technology to provide increased lift height, greater ground clearance, and enhanced user adjustability. Engineered front-end components maintain proper steering geometry and improve function throughout the entire travel range for on- and off-road use. The system combines heavy-duty link arms, tuned springs and shocks, and adjustable track bar components to deliver improved ride quality and performance without compromising highway comfort.

• Dual-rate coil springs matched to 2.5" V.S. Series shocks with CDCV
• Icon 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with external compression adjuster, one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders, FK bearings, and 7/8" shafts
• Adjustable track bar with PTFE-lined FK bearings for axle centering
• Heavy-duty steel upper and lower link arms to reduce bushing bind and increase alignment range
• Polyurethane bump stops with billet extensions and forged pitman arm
• Track bar drop bracket, sway bar drop brackets, and bearing-style adjustable track bar
• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity
• Correctly positioned steering and track bar components for reduced body roll
• Allows proper clearance for 35" tires with no modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender trimming
• No driveshaft modifications required

• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
