ICON 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System — 2009–2012 Ram 2500/3500

The Stage 4 suspension system builds on ICON's 2.5" platform to provide additional lift height and ground clearance while maintaining proper steering geometry and improved function throughout the entire travel range for on- and off-road use. The system includes engineered front-end components, dual-rate coil springs, heavy-duty link arms, performance shocks, and adjustable track bar hardware to increase wheel travel, strength, and ride quality without changing towing capacity.

• Complete system: Dual-rate coil springs, tubular steel upper and lower link arms, polyurethane bump stops with billet extensions, sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, and bearing-style adjustable track bar.
• Shocks: 2.5" Aluminum Series reservoir shocks with FK-style bearings, billet top caps and rod ends, and 7/8" shafts for increased strength and consistent damping.
• Adjustable track bar: Bearing-equipped track bar improves rigidity over flexible factory joints and allows centering of the front axle under the vehicle.
• Link arms: Heavy-duty steel upper and lower links reduce bushing bind and increase alignment range and durability.
• Ride and handling: Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock, reduced body roll, and correctly positioned steering and track bar components for stable handling.
• Fitment: Allows proper clearance for 35" tires without modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender well trimming. No driveshaft modifications required.
• Stance: Level front-to-rear appearance.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.25" backspace / 13mm offset; 18x9" with 5.50" backspace / 12mm offset; 20x9" with 5.50" backspace / 12mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Compatibility for 2013 Ram 2500/3500 vehicles may differ.
