2009-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System

The 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system increases lift height and ground clearance while improving steering geometry and overall performance on- and off-road. The system combines dual-rate coil springs, heavy-duty link arms, extended bumpstops, and high-performance reservoir shocks to deliver increased wheel travel, improved ride quality, and enhanced durability for towing and rugged terrain.

• Dual-rate coil springs matched to 2.5" reservoir shocks for consistent damping
• Heavy-duty steel upper and lower link arms to increase strength and alignment range
• Polyurethane bumpstops with billet extensions for improved suspension control
• Forged pitman arm and track bar drop bracket to maintain correct steering geometry
• 2.5" rear lift blocks with u-bolts for rear lift and stability
• Shocks feature FK bearings, billet top cap and rod ends, 7/8" shafts, and a forged stem with rolled threads
• Increases clearance for 35" tires without modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender trimming
• Maintains towing capacity and provides a level front-to-rear stance with reduced body roll
• No drive shaft modifications required for installation

Technical Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.25" backspace (13mm offset); 18x9" with 5.50" backspace (12mm offset); 20x9" with 5.50" backspace (12mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle left-to-right or to add additional strength.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
