2009–2012 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 1 Suspension System — ICON

ICON Stage 1 4.5" suspension system increases lift height and ground clearance while retaining engineered steering geometry for improved function throughout the travel range on- and off-road. The system pairs dual-rate coil springs with matched 2.0 Aluminum Series smooth body shocks and adds heavy-duty front-end components for strength, range of alignment, and reduced bushing bind.

• Includes: dual-rate coil springs, tubular steel upper and lower link arms, polyurethane bumpstops with billet extension, sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, rear 2.5" lift blocks with u-bolts, and 2.0 Aluminum Series smooth body shocks.
• ICON steel upper & lower links increase performance, strength, and range of alignment while reducing bind found in factory link bushings.
• Designed for everyday use: entry-level billet link arms provide a smooth highway feel while handling towing, construction site terrain, and country dirt roads.
• Tire clearance: allows proper clearance for 35" tires with no modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender well trimming.

• Match-tuned performance: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs with matched 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
• Heavy-duty links: improved strength and alignment range over stock.
• Improved ride quality: increased wheel travel and ride quality with no change in towing capacity.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 20x9" with 5.50" backspace / 12mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle left-to-right or to add additional strength.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
