2003-2008 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System for 2003–2008 Ram 2500/3500 delivers a 4.5" lift with increased ground clearance, extended wheel travel, and user-adjustable damping for superior on- and off-road performance. Engineered front-end components maintain proper steering geometry throughout the full range of travel while preserving a smooth highway ride.

• Dual-rate coil springs tuned to match the 2.5" V.S. Series shocks with CDCV for consistent damping across varied conditions
• 2.5" Aluminum Series shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders and heavy-duty 7/8" shafts for strength and corrosion resistance
• Adjustable track bar with PTFE-lined bearings for improved rigidity and axle centering
• Heavy-duty tubular steel upper and lower link arms to reduce bushing bind and increase alignment range
• Polyurethane bump stops with billet extension for controlled compression travel
• Sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, and track bar drop bracket to maintain correct steering and track bar position
• Rear 2.5" lift blocks and a level front-to-rear stance without changing towing capacity
• No driveshaft modifications required and reduced body roll compared to stock

The included adjustable shocks feature external compression adjustment for on-the-fly tuning. PTFE-lined bearings in the adjustable track bar improve long-term durability and allow precise centering of the front axle. Steel link arms increase strength and range of motion for improved ride quality across varied terrain.

Tire compatibility: Provides proper clearance for 35" tall tires without modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender well trimming.

• OEM wheels and tires fit the kit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.25" backspace / 13mm offset), 18x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset), 20x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trucks equipped with 2003–2006 style steering require a 4" drop pitman arm (not included) or an upgrade to the 2007–2012 steering setup. Trucks with 2007–2012 style steering require the ICON pitman arm (part 214101).
