2003-2008 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System — ICON

The ICON 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system for 2003-2008 Ram 2500/3500 increases lift height and ground clearance while maintaining proper steering geometry and improved performance throughout the entire travel range for both on- and off-road use. The system combines engineered dual-rate coil springs with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series reservoir shocks and heavy-duty link components to deliver enhanced wheel travel, strength, and ride quality.

• ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs matched to 2.5 Aluminum Series reservoir shocks for consistent damping.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with FK bearings, billet top cap and rod ends, and 7/8" shafts for added strength and durability.
• Heavy-duty steel upper and lower link bars and billet link arms to reduce bushing bind and increase alignment range.
• Improved steering and track bar positioning to maintain correct geometry throughout travel.
• Increased wheel travel and ride quality over stock while preserving towing capacity and a level stance front to rear.
• No driveshaft modifications required for installation in typical configurations.
• Designed for use with 35" tires without modification; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender trimming.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" w/ 5.25" backspace / 13mm offset; 18x9" w/ 5.50" backspace / 12mm offset; 20x9" w/ 5.50" backspace / 12mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle left-to-right or to add additional strength.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trucks equipped with 2003–2006 style steering will require a 4" drop pitman arm (not included) or an upgrade to the 2007–2012 steering setup. Trucks equipped with 2007–2012 style steering will need ICON pitman arm part number 214101.
