2003-2008 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 1 Suspension System

The 4.5" Stage 1 suspension system is engineered to add lift height and ground clearance while maintaining proper steering geometry and improved function throughout the entire travel range on and off road. This entry-level kit combines durable components and tuned damping for a smooth highway feel and increased capability over rough terrain.

• Dual-rate coil springs matched to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks for tuned ride and control
• Tubular steel upper and lower link arms to increase strength, reduce bushing bind, and extend alignment range
• Polyurethane bumpstops with billet extension for improved bottom-out control
• Sway bar drop brackets, track bar drop bracket, and forged pitman arm to maintain correct steering geometry
• Rear 2.5" lift blocks with u-bolts to achieve the rear lift height
• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity
• Level stance front to rear and less body roll than stock
• No driveshaft modifications required for typical installations
• Allows clearance for 35" tires without modifications; some 37" tires may fit with minor fender well trimming

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" (5.25" backspace / 13mm offset); 18x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset); 20x9" (5.50" backspace / 12mm offset)
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle left to right or to add additional strength.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trucks equipped with 2003–2006 style steering will require a 4" drop pitman arm (not included) or an upgrade to the 2007–2012 steering setup. Trucks with 2007–2012 style steering will require ICON pitman arm part number 214101.
• Ships in multiple boxes.
