ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 suspension system for 2019-2023 Ram 1500 is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This vehicle-specific system uses adjustable coilover technology and heavy-duty control arms to provide lift, durability, and refined handling while remaining a bolt-on installation.

• Adjustable front coilovers: 2.5" diameter coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, height adjustable for 2–3" of front lift and longer shock length to increase front wheel travel.
• Delta Joint tubular upper control arms: heavy-duty high-angle joint design with zinc-plated housing and grease seal for corrosion resistance, greaseable serviceability, extended life, and improved angularity while retaining alignment range.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: softer ride-height spring with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and off-road performance, providing 1.5" of rear lift.
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks: internal reservoir, vehicle-specific valving and 5/8" polished shafts for balanced damping front-to-rear.
• Construction and hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" front shafts, FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on – no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceability: shocks are fully serviceable for maintenance and rebuilds.

The Delta Joint blends the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. Its metal-on-metal construction with a protective grease seal reduces exposure to contaminants, enables noise-free operation, and allows greater angularity than a standard ball joint while remaining robust for daily-driven use.

• Rear lift: 1.5"
• Tire fitment: Up to 35x12.50 with minor fender trimming and modifications required

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Performance rear springs may cause reduced ride height while towing.
• Spring not rated for EcoDiesel-equipped trucks.
• Not for vehicles with rear factory air ride.
• Will not fit 2019-up Ram 1500 Classic models.
• Will not fit Ram 1500 TRX.
• 2019–2023 Ram 1500 Rebel will have a front lift range of 1.25–2.25" over stock and ~1" of rear lift over stock.
