ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for 2019–2023 Ram 1500 trucks is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road vehicle control and ride quality. This complete, vehicle-specific kit provides adjustable front coilovers, matched rear shocks, and reinforced upper control arms to support larger wheel and tire combinations while retaining alignment adjustability at lift height.

• Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for improved cooling and sustained damping performance.
• Height-adjustable front coilovers providing approximately 2–3" of front lift over stock (Rebel variant noted below).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms with patented Delta Joint for added strength, corrosion resistance, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and extended angularity with greaseable, noise-free operation.
• Aluminum internal-reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear control.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components for durability and reduced weight.
• Durable rod-end bearings for reduced deflection and extended service life.
• Corrosion-resistant coilover bodies and polished shafts for long-term reliability.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for install.
• Compatible with larger tire packages when used with proper wheel fitment and minor fender trimming.

Notes:

• Fits OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 18x9" or 20x9" with approximately 5.00" backspace (0mm offset recommended).
• Recommended tire size: up to 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Springs are not rated for EcoDiesel-equipped trucks.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with rear factory air ride.
• Will not fit 2019-up Ram 1500 Classic models.
• Will not fit Ram 1500 TRX.
• May require sanding of the coil bucket for clearance; cycle the suspension during install to verify clearance.
• 2019–2023 Ram 1500 Rebel models will have a front lift height range of approximately 1.25–2.25" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–3" of rear lift on most Ram 1500 submodels, or 0–2.5" of rear lift on Ram Rebel models.
• Typical front lift range for standard applications: approximately 2–3" over stock; some configurations may limit rear lift to 2.5–3" maximum depending on options.
