ICON 2019-UP Ram 1500 Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system for 2019 and up Ram 1500 trucks is engineered to improve wheel travel, damping control, and overall ride quality both on- and off-road. The system pairs vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with adjustable lift, heavy-duty upper control arms with ICON’s patented Delta Joint, and tunable rear piggyback shocks and springs to balance performance front to rear.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoir for improved cooling and damping consistency.
• Height adjustable coilovers — adjustable from 0–1.5" of lift over stock to accommodate larger tires and aggressive wheel fits.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback rear shocks with compression damping adjustability for end-user tuning.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs available to provide balanced performance and a 1.5" rear lift option when specified.
• Tubular steel upper control arms with ICON’s patented Delta Joint for improved strength and suspension geometry.
• Delta Joint design: heavy-duty high-angle joint with zinc-plated housing, grease seal, greaseable metal-on-metal construction for corrosion resistance, longevity, and noise-free operation—combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation advantages of a uniball.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components for lightweight durability and precision fitment.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable to extend service life and allow tuning changes.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Easy-to-adjust CDC Valve (Compression Damping Control) to tailor compression settings for terrain and load.
• Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts; rear piggyback shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders and 7/8" shafts.
• FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Fits 2WD & 4WD Ram 1500 applications (see notes for model exceptions and compatibility details).

• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Air bags are recommended with performance rear springs if the vehicle is used for towing.
• Springs are not rated for Eco Diesel-equipped trucks.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with rear factory air ride.
• Ships in multiple boxes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 18x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; ICON Alloys — 20x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• 2019-Up Ram Rebel lift height range: front 0–0.75" over stock and rear 1.0" over stock (vehicle-specific limits may apply).
• Not compatible with 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic models.
• Not compatible with 2021-UP Ram 1500 TRX trim.
