ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered to deliver outstanding off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for the specific vehicle application in both length and damping tune. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, and certain piggyback and remote reservoir configurations include ICON’s internal 6061 billet aluminum manifold that creates an internal Bump Zone to add extra damping as the shock approaches full compression.

• Internal Bump Zone: Increases damping by 20% to help prevent harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression.
• Nitrogen-charged monotube: Monotube design with piggyback reservoir for improved performance and responsiveness.
• Piggyback reservoir: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
• CDCV upgradeable: Piggyback and remote reservoir shocks can be upgraded to ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) for more user-defined tuning.
• Premium fluid: Uses grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
• Piston design: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road performance.
• Durable shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
• Corrosion-resistant cylinders: One-piece, hard-anodized, impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for long-lasting finish and resistance.
• High-quality hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
• Aircraft-grade components: 6061 CNC-machined aluminum components throughout.
• Serviceable: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable for long-term maintainability.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor models.
• Compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock on most F-150 4WD models.
• Not compatible with models equipped with BlueCruise.
