ICON 3.0 Series Rear Bypass Shocks (Gen 2 Raptor)

The updated rear of the Gen 2 Raptor introduced an offset shock mounting layout and increased wheel travel. The ICON 3.0 Series bypass shocks were engineered to maximize travel while using the factory shock mounts. These shocks provide targeted control across specific travel ranges with quiet, precise operation and easy on-vehicle adjustability.

• 3-tube bypass design with Bump Zone technology provides multiple unique zones of damping and rebound control
• Three bypass zones — two on compression and one on rebound for tuned control throughout travel
• Specially engineered damped valve stops for quiet, precise operation without loud bypass clicks
• Easy-to-adjust detented knobs allow quick tuning changes without tools
• Patented Anti-Wobble Link stabilizes the shocks to prevent rotation and potential collision
• 50% increase in damping ability over OE shocks for improved extreme off-road performance
• 12" finned aluminum reservoirs for increased oil volume and enhanced cooling for consistent damping
• Offset upper eyelet for optimized shock mounting and packaging
• Heavy duty CNC machined 1” shock shafts with hard anodized piston and top cap
• FK Rod End COM12 spherical bearings for maximum strength and durability
• Urethane shin guards protect the shock shaft and rod end under harsh off-road conditions
• CAD plated shock body and fully serviceable design for revalves, rebuilds, and long service life
• Bolt-in design for installation into the OEM shock locations

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys - 17x8.5 w/ 5" BS / 6mm Offset
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35x12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
• 2019–2020 vehicles with factory live valve shocks will need an ICON damper interface device (PN: 95199) to allow the vehicle drive modes to operate correctly with the OE shocks removed
