ICON Ford Raptor Rear Hydraulic Bumpstop System

The rear hydraulic bumpstop system replaces the factory foam bumpstop to better control final up-travel and absorb high-energy impacts. Designed for Ford Raptor use, the hydro-pneumatic design combines oil and an internal nitrogen charge to function as both a spring and a shock, providing adjustable, velocity-sensitive damping that reduces rear-end kick and protects the frame from repeated high-speed impacts.

The system is engineered to be compliant at low speeds while generating progressively higher resistance at high-speed impacts. A 2.5" travel air bump gives additional distance for energy control without interfering with normal suspension travel. A clamshell bracket with triangulated cross braces provides a rigid mounting point and reinforces known weak areas of the frame.
