ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard control unit that monitors, analyzes, and processes vehicle motion in real time. It uses integrated G-force sensors and a gyroscope to perform calculations based on custom algorithms and user-defined settings, predicting terrain and wheel position to optimize suspension response.

Real-time processing: collects data at over 1,000 times per second and processes inputs to deliver suspension adjustments in under 40 milliseconds.
Active damping control: communicates with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) shock absorbers to adjust compression damping dynamically.
Onboard sensing: monitors vertical and lateral movement to inform damping decisions.
User-adjustable baseline: allows manual and selectable active shock damping adjustments without exiting the vehicle.
Mobile app interface: connects via Bluetooth to provide monitoring and adjustment of shock firmness and sensitivity settings such as vertical “G-Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost”.
Drive modes and presets: includes preconfigured drive modes and supports creation and saving of unlimited custom presets.
Data logging: records trip data including time, speed, distance, and G-forces for later review.

The ICON mobile app offers a user-friendly interface to monitor system performance, adjust settings on the fly, create custom presets, and review recorded trip data via Bluetooth.
