ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes suspension data in real time. Using inputs from an integrated G-force sensor and gyroscope, the IIC performs calculations based on custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. It collects information at over 1,000 times per second, processes the data, and sends adjustments to Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) shocks in under 40 milliseconds.

The IIC connects via Bluetooth to a mobile app interface for monitoring, recording, and adjusting shock settings. The app provides preconfigured drive modes and allows creation of unlimited custom presets, plus trip data logging for time, speed, distance, and G-forces.

The IIC is mounted to the 2022–2023 Ford F-150 Lightning using application-specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a clean, secure installation.

Active shock damping control — Selectable automatic adjustments and manual baseline tuning without exiting the vehicle.
