ICON Upper Links — 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty 4-Link Conversion System
Upper links designed for the ICON 4-Link Conversion System for 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty. These links improve front suspension articulation by eliminating bushing bind, maintain consistent caster angles through full suspension travel, and increase handling predictability and responsiveness. Large radius arm bushings are replaced with PTFE-lined spherical bearings to minimize deflection, and the system supports on-vehicle caster tuning for easier front-end alignment.
- Maintains consistent caster angles through suspension travel for superior handling characteristics
- Improves front-end articulation and overall drivability by eliminating bushing bind
- On-vehicle caster adjustment via ICON double adjusters in the lower links
- CNC-machined construction: 2" x .188" wall DOM steel tubing for the upper links
- PTFE-lined spherical bearings eliminate deflection for improved suspension response
- Corrosion-resistant finish: semi-gloss black powder coat
- Customization: 4-link brackets, upper links, and lower links are sold separately to allow system configuration
