ICON Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit

This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is engineered to improve front-end geometry and suspension performance on 2022–2023 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series vehicles. CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H-beam cross-section, the arms are lightweight yet resist bending better than tubular designs. The kit replaces the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO and uses FK 3/4" rod end heim joints at the chassis pivots for precise, smooth articulation. All necessary components and hardware for a complete install are included.

The Delta Joint PRO combines the durability and longevity of factory-style ball joints with enhanced performance and strength. It features a larger ball for increased bearing surface, improved lubrication and sealing, a chromoly ball and shaft with hardened bearing surfaces, and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races. The joint provides wide, bind-free articulation for maximum suspension travel and is fully serviceable and rebuildable.

Construction: CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with satin anodized finish
Geometry correction: Corrects suspension geometry and allows proper wheel alignment on Land Cruisers with up to 3" of lift
Adjustment: Quick, precise on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment via ICON double adjuster sleeve
Delta Joint PRO: Patented, serviceable, rebuildable joint that allows maximum articulation without binding
