ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific, designed to deliver outstanding off-road performance while maintaining a smooth street ride. Built with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders and CNC-machined components, these shocks are lighter, more corrosion resistant, and fully serviceable — 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. ICON’s internal “Bump Zone” and externally adjustable CDC Valve provide additional damping control to manage high-velocity compression and prevent harsh bottom-out conditions.
- 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components for strength and consistent finish
- ICON CDC Valve — 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability with the turn of a knob
- Nitrogen-charged monotube design with piggyback reservoir for improved performance
- One-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders offering excellent corrosion resistance and a uniform finish
- Internal "Bump Zone" increases damping by 20% to control suspension near full compression
- One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for superior on- and off-road ride quality
- 7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft for durability
- 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable
- Remote reservoir design improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use
- Double-sealed Schrader caps to reduce risk of damage
- PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware
- Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range
