Vehicle-specific tuning: One-piece digressive piston design with application-specific valving for optimized performance and ride quality on and off-road.
Externally adjustable compression: ICON CDC Valve provides 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability with a simple turn of the knob.
Internal Bump Zone: A 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap creates an internal Bump Zone that increases damping by approximately 20% to help prevent harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression.
Remote reservoir design: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
Premium fluids and charging: Nitrogen-charged monotube design filled with premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
Durable construction: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft and PTFE-lined spherical bearings with application-specific mounting hardware.
High-grade materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and a consistent finish.
