ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes vehicle motion data in real time. Using inputs from a G-force sensor and gyroscope, the IIC applies algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position, then adjusts damping to optimize ride and handling.

The IIC samples data at high speed, processes adjustments, and communicates with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) shock absorbers for rapid response. It also provides a Bluetooth-connected mobile app interface for monitoring, configuring shock settings, recording trip data, and creating custom presets. The unit is designed to install cleanly using application-specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses.

Active and manual adjustment: Selectable active shock damping with the ability to manually adjust baseline settings without exiting the vehicle.
Onboard sensors: Monitors G-forces and chassis movement to inform damping decisions.
High-speed processing: Performs calculations at a rate of over 1000 times per second.
Fast response: Sends damping adjustments to CDEV shocks that react in under 40 milliseconds.
Mobile app interface: User interface provided via Bluetooth connection to a mobile device for monitoring and adjustments.
Drive modes and presets: App includes preconfigured drive modes and the ability to create unlimited custom presets.
Data logging: Records time, speed, distance, and G-forces for trip review.
Clean installation: Includes application-specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a tidy installation.
