ICON V.S. 2.5 Series
ICON V.S. 2.5 Series shocks are vehicle-specific 2.5" monotube shock absorbers with remote reservoirs, engineered for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for the specific application in both length and damping tune. A CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal Bump Zone that increases damping to control high-velocity compression, and an externally adjustable CDC valve provides fine compression adjustment.
- CDC Valve: 10 levels of high-resolution, externally adjustable compression damping with a simple knob.
- Internal Bump Zone: adds approximately 20% additional damping to prevent harsh bottom-outs and improve control at full compression.
- Remote reservoir design: improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
- Premium shock oil: 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
- Nitrogen-charged monotube: monotube architecture with remote reservoir for consistent performance and fade resistance.
- Digressive piston: one-piece design with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road ride quality.
- Durable shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
- High-quality bearings & hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
- Precision machined components: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components and CAD-plated, precision-machined 1026 DOM steel shock body for durability and corrosion resistance.
- Serviceable: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.
