ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an on-board control computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes vehicle motion data in real time. Integrated G-force sensors and a gyroscope feed custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. The IIC can collect data at over 1,000 times per second, process it, and send adjustments to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 milliseconds. It also serves as the interface between the vehicle and the IIC mobile app for monitoring and adjusting shock performance. The unit mounts using vehicle-specific brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a clean installation.

The IIC mobile app provides a simple interface, connected via Bluetooth to a compatible mobile device, to monitor system status, record trip data, and tune shock behavior. Users can adjust baseline firmness and the sensitivity of vertical “G-Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost,” choose from preset drive modes or create unlimited custom presets, and log trip data including time, speed, distance, and G-forces.
