Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back True Dual Exhaust System

The Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back true dual exhaust system is designed for 2025–2026 RAM 1500 models with 3.0L Standard Output and High Output engines. The system converts Standard Output models to a true dual exhaust configuration similar to High Output and RHO models, helping support improved performance and future engine modifications.

Manufactured from durable 409 stainless steel, this performance exhaust system features dual 3.00-inch inlet pipes leading to a custom-tuned American Thunder Super 40 Series muffler. The system includes an exclusive Scavenger X-Pipe with D-Port technology to increase exhaust pulse velocity and produce a deep, performance-oriented exhaust tone.

Dual 3.0-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes exit through the factory bumper cutouts in the stock locations and are finished with 4.5-inch black ceramic-coated stainless steel tips. Tuned resonators are integrated into the tailpipe assemblies to help maintain a comfortable sound level inside the cab.
