Flowmaster Outlaw Cat-Back Exhaust System

The Flowmaster Outlaw cat-back exhaust system is designed for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco with a 2.3L or 2.7L engine and four doors. Its Outlaw Series muffler produces a deep, aggressive exhaust tone while improving exhaust flow and performance.

Dyno testing measured maximum gains of 6 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels. The system uses 3.00-inch mandrel-bent, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing from the factory mid-pipe flange rearward to maximize exhaust flow and durability. The larger-than-stock tubing size also helps maximize gains from additional engine upgrades.

The over-axle tubing is routed to provide an additional 2.0 inches of clearance from the axle when used with modified suspensions, allowing improved suspension travel during extreme off-road driving. Dual 4.00-inch black chrome exhaust tips add a customized appearance.
