Flowmaster Signature Series Cat-Back True Dual Exhaust System

The Flowmaster Signature Series cat-back true dual exhaust system is designed for the 2025–2026 RAM 1500 with 3.0L Standard Output and High Output engines. It fits 2WD and 4WD models and is constructed from brushed 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability, performance, and appearance.

The system features hand TIG-welded construction for precise quality and improved heat control. Dual 3.00-inch inlet pipes feed into a custom-tuned 304 stainless steel Signature Series muffler, delivering improved exhaust flow and a deep, aggressive-to-moderate performance tone.

Flowmaster’s exclusive Scavenger X-Pipe with D-Port technology helps increase exhaust pulse velocity and enhances the exhaust tone. Dual 3.0-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes exit through the factory bumper cutouts in the stock locations and are finished with 4.5-inch black chrome tips. Tuned resonators in the tailpipe assemblies help reduce interior drone and maintain a comfortable in-cab driving experience.

On Standard Output models, this system converts the exhaust to a true dual configuration similar to High Output and RHO models. This design supports improved overall performance and accommodates future engine modifications. High Output models can achieve maximum dyno gains of up to 26 horsepower and 23 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels compared with the stock exhaust.
