Flowmaster Flow FX Cat-Back True Dual Exhaust System

The Flowmaster Flow FX Cat-Back true dual exhaust system is designed for the 2025–2026 RAM 1500 with 3.0L Standard Output and High Output engines. It is manufactured from durable 409 stainless steel and fits both 2WD and 4WD models.

The system features dual 3.00-inch inlet pipes connected to a custom-tuned 409 stainless steel Flow FX “straight-through” muffler. Flowmaster’s Scavenger X-Pipe with D-Port technology helps increase exhaust pulse velocity while producing a deep, performance-oriented exhaust tone.

Dual 3.0-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes exit through the factory bumper cutouts in the stock locations and are finished with 4.5-inch black ceramic-coated stainless steel tips. Tuned resonators integrated into the tailpipe assemblies help reduce interior drone for a more comfortable in-cab experience.

On Standard Output models, the system converts the exhaust to a true dual configuration similar to the High Output and RHO-style systems. This design supports improved overall performance and accommodates future engine modifications. Maximum dyno gains of up to 26 horsepower and 23 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels are reported on High Output models.
