Toyota 4Runner 2015–2024 4WD Suspension System (without KDSS)
This complete suspension system upgrades the front and rear suspension for improved off-road capability while maintaining a composed highway ride. The design retains electronic stability control functionality and near-stock track width, increases ground clearance, protects drivetrain components, and repositions suspension geometry for the added ride height.
- Front crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance and use a fully welded box design for added strength. Adjustable alignment cams provide a wide range of alignment correction.
- Extended steering knuckles: Ductile iron extended-length knuckles retain near-stock track width and are engineered to work with factory stability control systems.
- Front differential skid plate: Heavy-duty 1/4" steel skid plate protects the front differential from off-road obstacles.
- Differential mounts: Integrated mounts on the crossmembers reposition the front differential to maintain proper CV and driveshaft angles throughout steering and suspension travel.
- Front coilovers: High-performance 2.5" body coilover shocks with corrosion-resistant construction, hardened piston rod, cold-wound coil springs and a remote reservoir for heat dissipation deliver strong damping for off-road use while preserving a smooth highway ride.
- Bump stop brackets: Stout 1/4" steel front brackets use a urethane bump pad for controlled suspension travel; rear bump stops are relocated with thick-wall tubular brackets for the new ride height.
- Brake line brackets: Front and rear brake line relocation brackets position factory lines to accommodate increased suspension travel without opening the brake system.
- Tie rod ends: Heavy-duty tie rod ends replace factory units to add steering strength for use with larger tires.
- Front sway bar brackets & links: 1/4" steel drop brackets lower the front sway bar for increased ride height; heavy-duty billet links with heim-style ends allow full suspension articulation without binding.
- Rear coil spring spacers: Thick-wall tubular spacers retain factory coil springs for a smooth rear ride; integrated side supports address coil side load through suspension travel.
- Control link arms: Heavy-duty tubular rear control links replace factory arms to re-center the tire in the wheel well and maintain proper pinion angle at the new ride height.
- Track bar bracket: 1/4" thick steel bracket relocates the rear track bar and includes a side-support gusset to minimize side-load deflection.
- Rear sway bar links: Extended-length links with urethane bushings keep the rear sway bar at the correct angle for the increased ride height.
- Rear shocks: Stainless-steel-bodied rear shocks with hardened piston rods provide corrosion resistance, durability and improved damping both on- and off-road.
*Compatibility/installation notes: Designed for Toyota 4Runner 2015–2024 4WD models without KDSS. Not compatible with vehicles equipped with factory electronic controlled shock systems or TRD Pro models. This kit is not compatible with KDSS-equipped sway bar systems. 2015 models may require verification of caliper bolt type and other factory fitment details—confirm vehicle VIN and factory specifications before installation. Professional installation is recommended.
