The Sport system is engineered to deliver long-travel off-road capability with a smooth highway ride. It uses Dual Rate coil springs that provide a compliant first stage for normal driving and extended travel, and a firmer second stage to support vehicle payloads and absorb large impacts at higher speeds.
Corner-specific dual rate springs keep the vehicle level side-to-side while allowing increased suspension travel. Four bump stop extensions work with the factory bump stops to provide cushioning at full compression while retaining factory down-travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
Extended-length sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within factory planes, preventing the bar from going over-center and creating bind at full extension. A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket recenters the axle while maintaining the vehicle’s factory roll center with the increased ride height. The system includes front and rear 2.25 Resi shocks tuned for the Sport setup.
*Fits 4-door Jeep JL models only. Does not fit 4XE models or Rubicon 392 models. This system utilizes the factory bump stops with included extensions and repositions sway bar links and the track bar to accommodate increased ride height; professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and driveline angles.
