The Sport suspension system for the Jeep JL uses Dual Rate coil springs engineered for long-travel off-road capability while maintaining a smooth highway ride. The springs employ a two-stage design: the first stage provides a softer ride and extended travel, while the second stage supports vehicle payload and absorbs large impacts at higher speeds. Springs are corner-specific to keep the vehicle level side-to-side and enable increased suspension travel.
Bump stop extensions work with the factory bump stops to provide compliant cushioning at full compression while retaining stock down travel to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline. Extended-length front and rear sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within factory planes, preventing the bars from going over-center and creating bind at full extension. A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket recenters the axle while preserving the factory roll center at the increased ride height. The system includes Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks front and rear for improved damping and control.
*Compatibility / installation notes: Fits 4-door Jeep JL models only. Does not fit 4XE or Rubicon 392 models. The kit uses the factory bump stops and retains stock down travel. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and driveline clearances after lift installation.
