Fabtech 4-Link Lift Kit for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD (Diesel)

Fabtech’s 4-link lift kit replaces the factory radius arm suspension on Ford Super Duty trucks to deliver improved on-road handling and increased off-road capability. This bolt-on system converts the front suspension to a 4-link layout for reduced caster change through travel, greater articulation, and better terrain traversal at all speeds.

Designed for durability and performance: the kit includes heavy-duty link arms, replacement coil springs, track bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, bump stop and sway bar brackets, brake line and stabilizer brackets, and a rear block and u-bolt lift kit to raise the rear while maintaining rear ride quality and load carrying capacity.

  • Heavy-duty link arms — 2" OD heavy-wall links with reinforced axle-side brackets and adjustable alignment cams to dial in caster for the new ride height. Frame pivots use robust joints proven in demanding applications and backed by a lifetime warranty against wear.
  • Integrated frame brackets — 1/4" thick steel brackets weld into the factory radius arm mounts for a solid, low-deflection mounting solution and optimized 4-link geometry for improved highway ride and off-road articulation.
  • Coil springs — Hot-wound coils preset during manufacture to prevent ride-height settling and tuned for compliant on- and off-road ride quality; designed to increase wheel travel when paired with appropriate shocks.
  • Track bar relocation bracket — Heavy 1/4" steel bracket re-centers the axle under the vehicle at lifted height and resists deflection throughout suspension travel.
  • Dropped pitman arm — Forged steel construction engineered to work with the factory drag link and track bar bracket for correct steering geometry.
  • Front bump stop brackets — 1/4" thick steel brackets extend factory bump stops to prevent over-cycling and absorb full compression loads.
  • Sway bar drop brackets — 1/4" thick drop brackets reposition the sway bar so link ends cycle without binding through extended travel.
  • Brake line brackets — Repositions factory brake lines on the frame for increased travel without opening the brake system, preserving the vehicle’s fluid system.
  • Steering stabilizer brackets — Retains the stock steering stabilizer with reinforced bracketry and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
  • Rear lift blocks — Cast iron blocks with integrated bump stops raise the rear while maintaining rear suspension ride characteristics and load capacity.
  • U-bolts — High-quality u-bolts secure the rear differential and suspension components for a reliable installation.

Proven platform: Fabtech’s 4-link design has been validated in heavy-duty applications and is engineered for long-term durability with attention to suspension geometry and component strength. The kit includes a limited powertrain warranty for added confidence.

*This kit is for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel Super Duty trucks. It fits non-dually models only, does not fit gasoline engines, and is not compatible with vehicles equipped with the Ford onboard scale system. Installation replaces the factory radius arm front suspension with a 4-link setup and includes components to relocate brake lines and the track bar; professional installation is recommended.
