Fabtech’s 4-Link lift kit for the Ford Super Duty is engineered to deliver improved on-road handling while providing superior off-road articulation. This complete bolt-on system replaces the factory radius arm suspension with a robust 4-link setup and includes all major components needed for the conversion.

Key component details:

• Link arms & frame brackets: 2" OD heavy-wall link arms attach to 1/4" thick steel axle brackets with adjustable alignment cams to dial in caster for the new ride height. Fabtech’s high-strength pivot joints are used on the frame side for superior durability.
• Coil springs: Hot-wound coils preset during manufacture to prevent ride height settling and tuned for a compliant on- and off-road ride. When used with Fabtech shocks, the system allows increased wheel travel over stock.
• Track bar bracket: 1/4" thick steel bracket repositions the factory track bar to center the axle under the vehicle at the increased lift height. Box-style construction minimizes deflection through full travel.
• Dropped pitman arm: Forged steel construction designed to work with the factory drag link and the track bar bracket for proper steering geometry.
• Front bump stop brackets: Heavy 1/4" steel brackets extend the factory bump stops to prevent over-cycling of the suspension.
• Sway bar drop brackets: 1/4" thick steel drops reposition the front sway bar to allow full link travel without binding.
• Brake line brackets: Repositions factory brake lines on the frame for the new travel range without opening the brake system.
• Steering stabilizer brackets: Retains the stock heavy-duty stabilizer using a reinforced bracket and support brace to reduce shimmy.
• Rear lift blocks & U-bolts: Cast iron blocks with integrated bump stops provide additional rear lift while preserving ride quality and load capacity; high-quality U-bolts secure the differential.
