Fabtech IFS Suspension Lift for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD

Fabtech’s IFS suspension system for the Ford F-150 delivers improved on- and off-road driveability with precise steering and controlled wheel travel. The design eliminates bump steer throughout the suspension cycle, maintains a near-stock track width for a clean appearance, and provides an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius for tight maneuvers.

• Zero bump steer: Extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles preserve correct steering geometry throughout travel for reduced driver fatigue and improved handling.
• Robust crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance and feature welded box construction for added strength, with eccentric-style alignment cams for easy adjustment.
• Triple differential mounts: Reposition the front differential to ensure precise CV and driveshaft angles, minimizing driveline vibration at high speed.
• Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers: Stainless steel bodies with NitroSteel piston rods provide 6" of lift, excellent corrosion resistance, and a balance of aggressive off-road damping with a supple on-road feel.
• Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks: Stainless steel construction with NitroSteel piston rods for durable, high-quality damping and a balanced ride front-to-rear.
• Front skid plate: Heavy-duty 1/4" steel differential skid plate protects the front differential from off-road obstacles.
• Sway bar drop brackets: 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar to allow full cycle of sway bar link ends without binding.
• Rear lift system: Factory 2" blocks are replaced with 5" steel lift blocks and heavy-duty u-bolts to achieve additional rear lift while maintaining load-carrying capability.
• Balanced design: The kit is engineered to maintain proper wheel travel and steering operation without over-cycling.
• Powertrain warranty: Includes manufacturer-backed coverage to provide added confidence in long-term use.
