Fabtech 2021–2026 Ford F150 4WD Suspension Lift Kit

Fabtech’s IFS suspension design for the Ford F150 delivers improved on- and off-road driveability with zero bump steer throughout the suspension cycle, reducing driver fatigue and improving overall handling. The near-stock track width keeps tires under the fenders for a clean appearance, while extended steering knuckle geometry maintains an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius for tight maneuvering.

Heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel crossmembers include eccentric alignment cams for easy adjustment. Triple front differential mounts reposition the front differential to ensure proper CV and driveshaft angles and reduce driveline vibration at high speeds. The stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers provide 6" of front lift with a composed on-road feel and aggressive off-road damping, while rear Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks balance rear damping for a consistent ride. Rear factory 2" blocks are replaced with 5" blocks and heavy-duty U-bolts to achieve the rear lift without compromising load carrying capacity.

The kit addresses wheel travel and steering range to prevent over-cycling and preserve full lock-to-lock operation. A 5-year / 60,000-mile powertrain warranty is included for added confidence.

• Steering Knuckles: Extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles provide zero bump steer throughout suspension travel and maintain near-stock track width for proper tire placement.

• Skid Plate: Heavy-duty 1/4" steel front differential skid plate protects the differential from off-road obstacles.
• Differential Mounts: Triple mounts reposition the front differential for precise driveline angles and reduced vibration at speed.
• Sway Bar Mounts: 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar to allow full link travel without binding through the extended suspension range.
• Rear Lift Blocks: 5" tall steel rear lift blocks replace factory 2" blocks to increase rear ride height while preserving ride quality and load capacity.
• Rear U‑Bolts: Severe-duty U-bolts secure the rear differential and suspension components with high-strength hardware.
• Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 Shocks: Stainless steel shock bodies with durable piston rods provide corrosion resistance and balanced damping for on- and off-road performance.
