Fabtech 2021-26 Ford F150 4WD Lift Kit

Fabtech’s IFS suspension package for the 2021–2026 Ford F150 4WD delivers improved on- and off-road driveability with engineered steering geometry, robust steel components, and upgraded suspension hardware. The design minimizes bump steer, maintains near-stock track width for a clean appearance, and preserves steering lock-to-lock performance for tight maneuvering.

• Zero bump steer: Extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles maintain proper geometry throughout suspension travel for predictable steering response.
• Heavy-duty crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for ground clearance and use a welded box design for added strength. Eccentric alignment cams simplify adjustments.
• Coilover relocation: Factory coilovers are relocated with heavy-duty lower mounts to allow full steering sweep while achieving a 6" front lift and retaining stock ride quality.
• Triple differential mounts: Reposition the front differential to optimize CV and driveshaft angles, reducing driveline vibration at speed.
• Front skid plate: 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate protects the front diff from off-road impacts.
• Sway bar mounts: 1/4" steel drop brackets reposition the sway bar to prevent binding and allow full link travel throughout the increased suspension range.
• Rear lift components: 5" steel rear lift blocks and heavy-duty U-bolts replace the factory 2" blocks to raise the rear without compromising load capacity.
• Rear Stealth shocks: Extended-length monotube shocks with corrosion-resistant piston rods provide a comfortable highway ride and competent off-road damping.

*Compatibility/Installation notes: Fits SuperCrew cab configuration only. Designed for gas-engine models; does not fit hybrid or Lightning models. Not compatible with Raptor models, vehicles equipped with the Tremor off-road package, models with composite rear leaf springs, vehicles equipped with CCD (continuously controlled damping), vehicles equipped with the Ford onboard scale system, or vehicles equipped with BlueCruise. OEM wheel and tire combinations may not be usable with this lift; verify wheel/tire clearance before installation.
