This Super Duty lift kit is engineered for enthusiasts who want to run oversized tires and gain additional wheel travel for off-road use. The kit provides a clean installation while preserving the truck’s load carrying capability and improving suspension articulation over rough terrain.

Key benefits: Increased suspension travel for off-road use, the ability to accommodate 35" tires, and a nearly level stance front-to-rear after installation.

Fabtech coil springs retain the factory load carrying capacity while offering increased travel. The springs and associated brackets provide an additional inch of compression travel over stock without binding the suspension, improving performance on rugged terrain. The kit reuses factory bump stops to maximize usable travel with the new components.

Sway bar drop brackets are included to reposition the front sway bar so the link ends do not go over-center at full droop and cause binding. Brake lines are relocated down on the frame using extension brackets to prevent overstretching throughout the increased travel range; using extension brackets maintains the factory brake system sealed for a straightforward installation.

To correct the common axle offset that occurs after lifting, the kit includes a heavy-duty steel track bar mount that repositions the track bar and front axle to factory alignment for improved tracking and highway manners. Fabtech Performance twin-tube shocks are included to provide a comfortable highway ride while still handling off-road demands.

Fabtech has fully cycled and tested the suspension, checking pivot points and joints for bind-free, reliable operation for both on- and off-road use.

An optional 4" rear block is available for owners who want to retain more of the factory nose-down appearance; the 4" blocks replace the factory 2.5" blocks and provide approximately an additional 1.5" of lift.
