Fabtech's IFS suspension kit for the GM 3500HD is engineered for superior on- and off-road driveability. The system is designed to eliminate bump steer throughout suspension travel, reduce driver fatigue, and maintain a near-stock track width to keep tires under the fenders for a clean appearance. Proprietary steering knuckle geometry delivers excellent lock-to-lock turning for tighter maneuvering.

• Crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance and retain factory alignment cams for easy adjustment.
• Steering Knuckles: Extended-length ductile iron knuckles provide zero bump steer and help maintain near-stock track width.
• Tie Rods: Oversized tie rods replace stock units to handle larger wheels and tires.
• Skid Plate: Heavy-duty 1/4" steel front differential skid plate protects the differential from off-road obstacles.
• Differential Mounts: Heavy-duty mounts reposition the front differential to achieve proper CV and driveshaft angles and reduce vibration.
• Sway Bar Mounts: Reinforced mounts reposition the front sway bar for on-road performance without binding off-road.
• Rear Lift Blocks: New rear blocks provide additional lift while preserving ride quality and load capacity, helping level the truck front to rear.
• Rear U-Bolts: High-strength U-bolts secure the rear differential and axle assembly.
