2020–24 Chevy Silverado 3500HD | GMC Sierra 3500HD 4WD — Fabtech 3.5" HD Lift Kit

This high-quality lift kit increases ride height to accommodate 35" tires and improves off-road capability while leveling the vehicle's stance front to rear for a more aggressive look. The kit replaces factory components with stronger, purpose-built parts to enhance wheel travel, alignment, and durability.

Key upgrades include:

  • Fabtech Uniball Upper Control Arms replace the factory GM upper control arms to provide additional wheel travel and added caster for improved alignment with oversized tires.
  • Constructed from 1.50" OD, .120" wall 4130 Chromoly tubing to reduce flex and deliver a more positive on-road feel.
  • 1" FK Stainless PTFE-lined Uniball bearings replace ball joints for increased suspension strength and longevity in rugged conditions.
  • Forged torsion bar keys replace the factory units and allow additional ride height adjustment to work with the new upper control arms.
  • The rear is leveled with 2" lift blocks and U-bolts to match the front stance.
  • Fabtech Stealth sealed monotube shocks feature a Nitrocarb piston rod for corrosion and rock-chip resistance, providing a smooth highway ride and capable off-road damping.
  • Durable hardware and design details such as a billet Uniball cap to keep debris out, .250" wall DOM bushing barrels with welded gussets, 17-4 heat-treated Uniball pins, and 17-4 stainless components for proper clearance throughout travel.
  • Free 5 year / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty included.
