Fabtech Tie Rod Kit — 2021–26 Ford Bronco 4WD

Upgrade the factory tie rods with a heavy-duty replacement system engineered for oversized tires and aggressive off-road use. This kit replaces the entire tie rod assembly from the inner joint at the steering rack to the steering knuckle, providing a complete, factory-style upgrade rather than an add-on.

The inner clevis is machined from 17-4 heat-treated stainless steel and pairs with a 3/4" ID PTFE-lined heim for increased strength and durability. A nitrile dust boot seals the rack to the billet adjusting sleeve to keep contaminants out and ensure reliable operation. The larger billet aluminum adjusting sleeve offers greater strength than the factory section and features a clear anodized finish that complements the factory aluminum lower control arms.

The outer tie rod is replaced with a 3/4" ID PTFE-lined heim that attaches to the steering knuckle using 17-4 heat-treated stainless steel tapered pins. The taper matches the factory tie rod, so no knuckle drilling is required and the vehicle can be returned to stock if desired. This kit has been extensively tested in rugged off-road conditions and is designed for serious steering performance.
