BORLA® Cat-Back System — 2019–2026 Ram 1500 5.7L (Through-Bumper Tip Exit)

The BORLA® Cat-Back system delivers the classic S-Type exhaust note with no in-cabin drone, engineered for improved performance and durability. Built from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel with ultra-smooth mandrel bends and precision CNC manufacturing, this system maximizes flow and fits through factory bumper cut-outs.

  • Construction: T-304 austenitic stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and longevity.
  • Design: Straight-through and multi-core technology to increase exhaust velocity, power and efficiency.
  • Sizing: 3" diameter inlet into dual 2.5" outlets.
  • Tips: Single 5" round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips on each tailpipe.
  • Sound: Classic S-Type tone with no drone inside the vehicle.
  • Fitment features: Fits through factory bumper cut-outs (bumper has notches on the bottom).
  • Optional: Resonator 60667 available to further dampen sound level.
  • Warranty: Million-Mile Warranty for long-term assurance.

Care: For black chrome tips, avoid using stainless steel polish p# 21499; clean with hot water and a microfiber cloth.

*Compatibility/installation notes: Fits 2019–2026 Ram 1500 5.7L V8 (including e-Torque), automatic transmission, 2WD & 4WD. Configurations covered: Extended (Quad) Cab with Standard Bed (6'4") — 140.5" wheelbase; Crew Cab with Short Bed (5'7") — 144.6" wheelbase; Crew Cab with Standard Bed (6'4") — 154" wheelbase. Designed for models with tips that exit through the bumper (bumper has notches on the bottom). Includes Rebel and models with G/T package. Does NOT fit Ram Classic. NO 2025 model with 5.7L. Optional resonator 60667 can be added to the system to dampen sound.
