BORLA Cat-Back™ Exhaust System for Ram 1500 5.7L (2019–2026)

The BORLA Cat-Back™ exhaust system delivers the classic S-Type exhaust note with a tuned, non-drone cabin experience. The system uses a 3" inlet flowing into dual 2.5" Cat-Back™ pipes and exits through single 5" bright chrome T-304 stainless steel tips on each tailpipe. Optional black chrome tips are available.

Premium construction: Built from T-304 austenitic stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends and precision CNC fabrication ensure maximum flow, power, and an accurate fit.

Performance design: Patented straight-through and multi-core technology increases exhaust velocity for improved horsepower, throttle response, and fuel efficiency.
Signature sound: Classic BORLA S-Type tone with minimal in-cabin drone.
Optional tuning: Add resonator 60667 to further dampen sound level if desired.
Finish: Bright 5" round T-304 stainless steel tips (black chrome option available).

*Compatibility and installation notes: Does NOT fit Ram Classic models. NOT compatible with 2025 Ram 1500 models equipped with the 5.7L. Designed for Ram 1500 5.7L V8 (including e-Torque), automatic transmission, 2WD and 4WD. Fitment covers Extended (Quad) Cab with standard 6'4" bed (140.5" wheelbase), Crew Cab with short 5'7" bed (144.6" wheelbase), and Crew Cab with standard 6'4" bed (154" wheelbase). Intended for vehicles with exhaust tips that exit through the bumper (bumper has notches on the bottom). Optional resonator 60667 can be added to dampen sound.
